Service Description

Forty+ Fitness (40’s-60’s is ideal, active 70’s good too) As we age, we naturally lose muscle mass, balance and mobility, especially if we don’t continue to use our bodies in different ways. This class focuses on mobility, core stability and balance, strengthening our postural muscles, and challenging our coordination in movement. We will move through a series of safe, approachable exercises to get you and keep you moving with strength and confidence for years to come.
