Service Description

Our daily lives take a toll on our bodies. Whether you spend your day at a desk, behind the wheel or up and about doing physical tasks, you are bound to hold tension in your body. The activities that we spend most of our time doing end up creating movement patterns and possible imbalances in our bodies that cause aches, pains and even injury. This class uses a series of self massage exercises, stretches and strength exercises to relieve tension by increasing mobility and strength to support healthier movement patterns in our day to day tasks. You will leave this class feeling relieved, refreshed and stronger.
