Service Description

Equestrians use their bodies in a very unique way for their sport and deserve a fitness program created specifically for riding. Whether you ride for pleasure or competition, your body must be ready to respond to highly unpredictable and rapidly changing conditions. In this class the workout routines are designed to improve your balance and core stability, functional flexibility to safely perform riding tasks, and strength as your ability to respond to changes in movement and to apply appropriate force in a riding environment. This type of training helps to alleviate aches and pains associated with riding and also to prevent injury, especially as our bodies mature. When you incorporate specific training off of your horse, you improve the communication with your own body, which can improve the communication between you and your horse as you both adjust to each other’s movements.
